  10. Decompressing the electronic distribution package of the ZapFilter^2 
  11. software constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

  13. 1. ZapFilter^2 and supplementary files provided ("The
  14. Software") are copyright Desaster Development 2001,2002. The
  15. Software may not be copied for distribution (by any means,
  16. mechanical or electronic). This covers, but is not limited to, posting
  17. to websites, newsgroups or sending via e-mail. Doing so would
  18. violate copyright law and is a criminal offence.

  20. 2. You may not resell, rent or otherwise transfer The
  21. Software to another party for benefit.

  23. 3. The Software has been extensively tested. Due to
  24. wide variance in computer and software configurations no
  25. guarantee or warranty can be offered or expected.

  27. 4. In areas where limited guarantees/warranties cannot be enforced
  28. the maximum available remedy will be, in case of dispute, the
  29. actual price you paid for The Software.

  31. 5. In the event of The Software being found to be defective, the
  32. remedy for purchasers is limited to an updated version of The
  33. Software as and when one is made generally available.

  35. 6. Desaster Development cannot be held responsible for any direct or
  36. indirect/consequential loss or damage caused by the use of The
  37. Software.
